Tweedy joins Justin Vernon and others advocating for civic action as the time approaches for U.S. midterm elections, which have become more pressing in the wake of June’s Roe V. Wade reversal. Since releasing Cruel Country with Wilco in May, Tweedy has continued his Starship Casual newsletter, and more recently appeared on the Sing for Science podcast to discuss consciousness.
